The Oxford Hotel also has 6 Serviced Flats located a few steps from the hotel, all equipped with individually controlled heating/air conditioning, Wi-fi Internet access, LCD satellite television and telephone.
The cleaning is carried twice a week for long stays (a week or more); for short stays, guests may avail themselves of this service daily for a small surcharge of 25 euro.
The flats are located in newly renovated, elegant buildings, with elevator, in Via Flavia 77, and in Via Piave 15, just a short walk from the hotel (Via Boncompagni, 89): on booking, guests can choose whether they prefer to check in at the Hotel’s Reception or directly at the Flats .

Choose from the two brand new Serviced Flats in Via Flavia, both on the second floor:
1) "Augusto" (50sqm), sleeps 6: two double bedrooms, spacious living room with pull-out beds for 2, kitchen, two bathrooms, one with tub and shower and the other with shower and washing machine.
2) "Ugo" (35sqm), sleeps 4: one double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Or the Serviced Flats in Via Piave, all on the first floor:
1) Flats "Andrea" and “Caterina” are two separate bedsits, each with: 1/2 single beds, kitchenette and bathroom with tub/shower.
3) "Domenico", sleeps 2/4: in 2 separate rooms (bedroom + living-sleeping area, 2 bathrooms and fully supplied kitchen with dishwasher).
4) "Flora", sleeps 2/5: in 2 separate rooms (large bedroom + large living-sleeping area, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
