The apartments are located at Via Flavia 77 and
via Piave 15, 100 metres from Hotel Oxford,
situated in Via Boncompagni 89, where customers
can collect their keys and return them at the
end of their stay.The buildings are in a very high-class one and have been renovated: the brand new apartments are on the second floor so please find here with the following facilities:
1) The "Augusto" apartment can sleep six (50sq.m). It has two double bedrooms, a large living room which can sleep two, a kitchen and two fully-equipped bathrooms (one with a tub and shower and the other with shower only).
2) The "Ugo" apartment sleeps three (35sq.m). It includes one double bedroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a kitchen and a fully-equipped bathroom with shower cubicle.
The Apartments on Via Piave, are on the first floor and they have the following facilities:
1) Studio apartment "Andrea Caterina, Edoardo, Maria Grazia" has a corner kitchen and one bathroom.
2) Domenico can sleep 4 pax; has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with 2 sofabeds, 1 little kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
3) The "Flora" apartment has two separate areas, two bathrooms, a large bedroom, generous lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
Cleaning is normally done every three days; by paying a little extra, guests can have daily service. Both apartments have independent heating/air conditioning systems, Internet access, satellite TV and telephone.
